Nourishment can be a mine field can’t it?

Don’t worry! If you’re thinking this then you’re not on your own. Atkins this, lo-fat that, it is a bit question why many of us have lost their religion in the fitness industry including myself!

And I’m betting you have possibly been told during the past to have a fixed amount of calories a day, a certain amount from protein, carbohydrates and fats for a supposed ‘healthy balanced diet.’

Understand that if you miss this one fat loss principle ( which the majority do ), you effectively ‘short-circuit’ the entire weight loss process and your HIT coaching efforts will be a complete waste of your time.

Since I started my private coaching business so many years back, I have worked with masses of people and have looked at all these peoples diet habits.

During this time I have discovered while some diets help folk lose weight, the SAME diet can cause others to actually put on weight and feel crappy.

This cannot be right?

Well it is.

You see.You are unique.

You are ‘externally’ different to everybody else in the universe!

You have different fingerprints, hair, skin, bone structures and personality to everyone else so certainly it makes just a bit bit of sense that you are ‘internally’ different too meaning you process and use foods differently to someone else?

This is what’s known as your ‘Metabolic Type’. Metabolic Typing is a science of matching nutrient elements to your own unique biochemistry system and can be assessed by way of an easy questionnaire that determines your dominant fuel types.

Heard of it?

Don’t be concerned, few trainers have either which is sad because if they had, they’d be helping you achieve your goals a lot quicker than you’ve been getting them.

It’s TRUE! Some folks respond better to more protein and fats in Their diet, while others react better to a higher proportion of carbohydrates in their diet.
