Weight loss Tip two – Make tiny changes to the food you eat When you’re dieting you’ll notice that you cannot eat any of your favourite foods and shortly your body will start to rebel against this decision and you’ll start getting longings for the food you miss and we all know how impossible to resist cravings can be at times and that will ruin a diet. The best healthy option is to make tiny changes instead of dieting. When you diet you are causing immediate change, but if you make tiny effective changes you can manage to lose an identical quantity of weight. For instance when you eat breakfast change your milk from full milk to semi-skimmed milk. This tiny change will end up in an intake of fewer calories ( it’s only breakfast and you are losing weight ).
