Dirtboarding – Why You Should Try Dirtboarding ASAP
Posted by: | CommentsI love dirtboarding and I think you might too. Here I am going to tell you just a few reasons why you should try this exciting sport. I could go on for much longer with other reasons, but this article would be far too long, so here’s what I think are the best reasons why you should go dirtboarding (also referred to as all terrain skateboarding or dirtboarding).
Do you feel like your life is boring and void of excitement? Dirtboarding may be your ticket to a daily, weekly or monthly show filled with adrenaline and thrill. This extreme sport is exactly the kind of sport that it says it is, “extreme.”
Lots of us could use more exercise in our lives. Things like T.V., video games, computers, Internet, and jobs or school that keep us locked up all day cause us to burn much less calories than we need to. Taking up mountain boarding can give you an extra dose of much needed exercise in your life.
How to Build Muscle with a Bodybuilding Diet
Posted by: | CommentsBodybuilding routines must include eating to build muscle as a component of an overall bodybuilding program. Working up a sweat in the gym and concentrating on all your muscle groups in order to build muscle mass is fine, but you are only going half way if you do not also eat foods that build muscle.
Working your muscles utilizes considerable energy. And the only way to replace that energy is with food! So what happens if you fail to eat the right type of food to build muscle mass? It will take longer to build muscle, and it may even prevent effect muscle building altogether once you reach a certain point.
When looking into the types of food that helps build muscle, you probably immediately think of eating a low fat diet. That is great, but probably the most important type of foods that build muscle are foods containing high levels of protein. Foods like meat, fish, chicken, eggs, cheese and other milk products. Nuts are also a great protein source.
Surf Fitness: Prepare Now And Get The Most From Your Next Holiday
Posted by: | CommentsOne of the great things about running a small business is they usually grow out of a passion, or an avid interest in a topic. In my case, the business was borne out of two. Gold Coast Surfboards was borne out of a passion for surfing and a passion for travel. With the idea that others share these passions, I built a business with the intent of providing them with everything they need, to make their surfing holiday the best they’ve ever had.
The business is based around a long term surfboard rental concept which includes services such as delivery and pickup. This part is great. I make sure I deliver as many boards as I can as it affords me the luxury of chatting to my clients about the passions we share. Usually these conversations are packed with useful tips about the services they’d like to see next year. So I try to listen, improve my business and provide them with those services when they return.
