No matter what, we are going to age. However, we don’t have to help speed up the process. Things building up in our bodies like pollutants and toxins help to increase that rate at which we age. These pollutants and toxins can lead to sickness and bad health and have been found to be related to occurrences of cancers, diseases, digestive issues, among others. This is why it is important that we maintain our bodies through the years.

It has long been common thought that the younger you are, the better you feel and the older you get, the worse you are supposed to feel. However, this couldn’t be further from the truth. Just because you are aging, doesn’t mean that you have to feel old and decrepit. If you detoxify your body on a regular basis with a colon cleanser, you will regain energy, and begin to feel younger.

Detoxification is a word that is used more often lately. More and more people look for ways to enjoy the benefits of detox in ways that allow them to be and feel healthy by getting rid of all kinds of unwanted toxins.

One of the most popular methods of detox is called colon cleansing and even if this method doesnt sound that pleasing it is one of the more effective ones around. Those who understand how detoxification works understand that the whole process of detoxification is based on the idea that every now and then your body needs to get rid of all the remnants of bad things that stay in.

I’ve been taking omega 3 fish oil supplements for a long time, to me it seems pretty obvious, and the evidence is overwhelming, that our diet is too low in omega 3 fatty acids and we need to introduce more of them in our diet. And that our intake of omega 3 fats is directly linked to our health in so many ways.

However speaking to a friend recently he told me that he wouldn’t take supplements. I asked him why, and he told me that supplements are untested, unproven and unscientific. Not mainstream. I thought I’d address that.

There is sometimes the perception that taking dietary supplements is a little like witchcraft. Untested and no one really knows what is going to happen if you do.

And there are many people who see dietary supplementation as non medical, something ordinary people ought not do, and somehow “alternative”.
