Following a weight loss program will generate different reactions from different people. Putting goals in front of peoples faces might be too overwhelming for some. Start with a good pair of hockey skates. My recommendation is to visit your local hockey shop and try on every pair that they have in your size and pick the ones that are most comfortable. If you end up with skates that don’t fit well, you will not enjoy skating in them. To play ice hockey, you need to be decent on your skates. Learn to start, stop, go forward and turn in both directions before trying to actually play hockey. A lot of people use think skates when they use rental skate but this is not what you want when you are performance skating. Thin socks will allow you to feel and control the skates better than a thick sock will.

Each one of us may have very different idea on best abdominal exercises. Nevertheless there is only one fact which decides the abdominal exercise is best or worst.

You should have a line of distinction between abdominal exercises and full body exercises which burns fat. Doing abdominal exercises alone wont help it.

1. Mountain climbers.

With this exercise you get down into the push up position, and then basically “run” on the spot. Imagine climbing up an incline on all fours, but of course you’re not moving forward, but staying in one place with only your legs moving. First bring up one leg to your armpit, then switch to the other. This exercise is an excellent fat burner which engages your abdominal muscles. It is also a full body exercise.
