Really good advice - well worth the money

Fantastic diet

This is the best diet I have every done. In 18months I have lost Lbs80,5stone or 36Kilos. It is wonderfull to see the pounds dropping off everyday. It really works!!!

I have been on the diet for 6 days and i have lost 5lbs and 2 inches around my waist. I do not walk but hopefully will start. The diet is really great, but eating the same foods gets old but it is worth it in the end.

First 11 Days for 60 year old.

I have lost 4 pounds. I probably only drank half of the water. I ate anything I wanted today, but realized it did not taste as good as I thought it would. I also ate a bit too much in the beginning of the diet, so I really understand to leave a bit hungry, then 10 minutes later, you are not hungry at all. This is a very balanced diet so I am sticking to it and drinking more water. My exercise is moderate. If you don't drink pop, you will learn to love the water. I am very happy. I have hypoglycemia so eating every 2 and 1/2 hours is great.

I Really Lost Weight

I wanted to let you know that so far I have been on the fatloss4idiots diet for 2 months.  I have lost 21 lbs.  I have even cheated now and then and still kept loosing!  I would sneak a cookie here and there, but still kept losing the weight.  Everything seems better when your losing weight, and that is my motivation to keep going!
